Strategic Planning

Our plan includes operational planning and System Design, a dynamic process of identifying, designing, employing, and evaluating an effective means of resolving issues within an organization. In order to be truly effective, systems must be thoroughly thought out and carefully constructed.

A method of resolving disputes whereby a third-party consult with those involved and recommends a solution which is not, however, binding on the parties.

The hearing and determining of a dispute or the settling of differences between parties by a person or persons chosen or agreed to by them

The art of moving a group of people through meetings, planning sessions, or training, and successfully achieving a specific goal.

Facilitation

We deliver the art of moving a group of people through meetings or planning sessions; we also design meetings for community engagement. Our facilitators are trained to keep the meeting attendees on track and manage any difficult conversations right there and then. We ensure that there is consensus before committing to an activity or direction.

A dynamic process that has many applications and is usually used pre, during or/and post negotiations, mediations and extrajudicial agreements. Also, is often used to help people prepare to lead a meeting that has the potential for being fractious or when you are about to have a difficult conversation.

Negotiation is not easy! We offer a high touch and personalized service so that you feel prepared to ask for what you want and need in your unique situation. Negotiation is a skill you seriously need if you want to get ahead in your career or any kind of investment. Whether you’re negotiating a business deal alone or with a small group. Our experienced coaches will work with you to improve your persuasion skills and just get more comfortable fighting for what you deserve.

We help managers better learn to lead change. If you must work out the financial arrangements of the deal, integrate business systems, make decisions about the new organization’s structure or implementing a new technology, you must set clear goals to reduce conflict. We will assist you in preparing for change, managing change and reinforcing change.

Leadership Coaching & Mentoring
